• Conceived and designed an innovative solution to replace paper-based body maps used by a social care services provider with a customisation of the Skedulo mobile app enabling them to fully digitise records of care, improving the quality of care delivered to service users.
• Designed & pitched a contact-less signature solution to the exec team which was approved, developed and released to customers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
• Won internal “Skedgend” award in March 2020 in recognition of going above and beyond in my role and embodying Skedulo’s core values.

Provided technical leadership to over 50 customers and a team of over 20 Salesforce consultants.

• Designed, developed and delivered enterprise reporting and business intelligence solutions for several national and global media publishing groups.
• Designed, developed and delivered an integration solution for a new iOS app launched by a British luxury automotive manufacturer.
• Achieved 6x Salesforce certifications in less than 6 months.

Spearheaded the rollout of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and managed the on-going digital transformation for a leading UK IT and CAD/CAM/CAE solutions provider.

Managed the design and development of all company websites, worked closely with the marketing team on various digital marketing campaigns.
